Socket Card

Socket Card is one of feature that improves certain stat, each gear can have 1 socket card and 1 element socket card.

What is Socket Card?

Socket Card provides player with certain bonuses, depending on gear, certain socket card type only can be equipped on its dedicated slot.

Socket Card has 3 Attributes:

  1. Star Grade (Level of Card)
  2. Rarity Grade (Color of Card)
  3. Card Type (Template of Card)

Star Grade has 3 Rarity Grade except 9*, example :
8*[Normal] > 8*[Advanced] > 8*[Special] > 9*[Special]

Which Socket Card is Important?

Generally, you want to keep 6* above of these type:

  1. (Type 2) All Stat Card
  2. (Type 3) All Stat Card
  3. Crit def. Break Card
  4. (Absolute) Physical Attack Card
  5. (Absolute) Magical Attack Card
  6. Critical Damage Card
  7. HLT Card
  8. Physical Attack Card

These Cards are worth to keep because they are currently used in most build.

Some Class is better with percentage Physical Attack Card, like Dragoon and Overlord since their weapon gives high attack

How to Equip Socket Card

Make Socket Card Slot

  1. Find Blacksmith in each City
  2. Click Socketing
  3. Drag Equipment to box
    Cost Armor/Weapon Enchant Dust, Soul, and Gold
  4. Proceed

Equip Socket Card to Gear

  1. Right Click Socket Card
  2. Select Equipment to socket (Make sure socket card is equippable)
  3. Proceed
Make sure to use Reinforced Insurance Scroll to protect your socket card from destroyed upon fail
1 Reinforced Insurance Scroll increases Success Chance to 70%
2 Reinforced Insurance Scroll increases Success Chance to 100%

How to Upgrade Socket Card

First thing, make sure the socket card is equipped.

  1. Find Blacksmith in each City
  2. Click Socketing
  3. Drag Equipment with desired Card to box
  4. Click Upgrade
    Cost Soul, Gold, and High Energy Plasma
  5. Proceed
Make sure to use Reinforced Insurance Scroll to protect your socket card from destroyed upon fail
Reinforced Insurance Scroll increases Success Chance to 75%
Insurance Scroll increases Success Chance to 50%
